Federal Reserve Backs Off Anti Christmas Ruling at Perkins, Oklahoma Bank

The Federal Reserve has reversed its decision that forced a small community bank in Oklahoma to remove its Christian Christmas messages. Still the question needs to be asked why does the rules of a private bank known as the Federal Reserve trump the Constitution and the First Amendment?
