Billy Long Scolds Missourians Who Didn't Participate in the Big Government Census

Billy Long is becoming a friend to big government. If you remember earlier this year the multiple liberal aspects of the United States Census that took place. Whether it be the census's original associations with ACORN or the fact the Census created a national data base of your front door using GPS devices, this year's census was symbolic of big intrusive government. Real conservatives were angered by what was taking place in something the Constitution rules only needs be a basic head count to determine Congressional districts. Of course, you can't forget the taxpayer funded Super Bowl commercial and other marketing that pushed this country further into debt.

Well, Billy Long scolded Missourians through a retweet of neocon operative James Harris today for not participating in this year's big intrusive federal government census. He points out Missourians lost a seat in Congress because many decided not to participate in the big government intrusive 2010 Census.

Let's relook at some of the crimes of the Census Bureau this year--crimes that should upset Tea Partiers everywhere. Didn't Billy Long claim to be one of us as he scolds Missourians for not answering the Census? How quickly Billy Long sold out the Tea Party label for support of big intrusive government. Here are some things that Americans should be 'fed up' with the US Census.

There was the 7th graders in Texas who filled out a mock census created by the US Census Bureau that asked kids about environmental habits of their parents and the house they live in. Can you say cap and trade Mr. Long?

There was the $2.5 million Super Bowl ad that taxpayers paid for. Can you say 'fed up' with wasteful spending Mr. Long?

There was the $57 per house average that it costs for Census Bureau workers to visit each house in the United States for something that could have been done for a fraction of the cost. Can' you say 'fed up' with wasteful federal spending again Mr. Long?

There was the three US Census Bureau NASCAR sponsorships of Greg Biffle that cost taxpayers money. Can you say 'fed up' with wasteful government spending once again Mr. Long?

There was the $300 checks paid to US Census workers who never even showed up a day to work for the 2010 Census. Fed up with wasteful government spending Mr. Long?

There were the ads on the back of city buses at the cost to taxpayers. Once again Mr. Long, fed up?

There was the head of the US Census Bureau that flew all the way to Alaska to make the symbolic first person counted. Do I even need to say 'fed up' again Billy?

There was the cost to taxpayers on whether or not to stop using the word 'negro' on census forums. What's your word for them Billy?

There was the indoctrination of US Census forums in elementary schools that asked children to report the activities of their parents. Without a doubt a clever violation of the 4th and 5th Amendments.

Of course, there was the ACORN controversy. ACORN came dangerously close to administering the 2010 Census.

It appears Billy Long is scolding Missourians along with James Harris when he should be sticking to his 'fed up' promise and scolding the US Census Bureau. Besides Billy, the fact Missouri lost a seat means Russ Carnahan is probably going to stay in Missouri rather than frequently travel to DC  unless the Missouri legislature figures out Billy is a bigger dolt than ol' Russ. Perhaps, I should remind them of your love of Obamacare.

By the way, has anyone noticed that when Billy Long tweets about issues, it's always retweets of other politicians or operatives. His own personal tweets rarely involve real issues other than saying he's had dinner with some concerned (fill in the blank). As for me, I filled out my census forum, but I only provided what the Constitution states is required.
