BBCW's Wacky Liberal of the Year 2010 5th Place: Claire McCaskill and her Love Pats

The TSA is sickening. Who would have thought the best the government could come up with to claim airplane safety from terrorism is strip searching you with naked full body scanners or the intrusive pat downs of genitalia in which the TSA is now actually putting their hands down waist bands and up skirts. Providing plenty of government rhetoric in the form of a sound bite while not being eager to stand up for Constitutional Rights in Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill. Of course Claire McCaskill is a Constitutional dolt anyway. All last year, she justified her coming yes vote with the general welfare clause without considering what the founding fathers wrote in Federalist 41 to define general welfare. It has nothing to do with healthcare or welfare like Claire "Mama Caskill" believes.

So in the middle of the TSA's brutal attack of the Fourth Amendment, Claire McCaskill, the Senator who once worried she wasn't going to be able to make Christmas cookies for the holidays because she was being kept in Washington by her own party to push through the radical left-wing agenda of Barack Obama, decided she would soften the blow to Americans who were having to put up with the TSA touching their junk. Senator McCaskill told our Republic (at least it was at one time):

Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) supported the new screening methods, suggesting that people with hip or knee replacements will appreciate the changes.

"I have had my love pats every single flight I have taken, which is at least twice a week, for the last four years of my life, because I have a knee replacement," McCaskill said. "I am wildly excited about the notion that I can walk through a machine instead of getting my dose of love pats."

Claire, considering, I doubt even the sickest of perverts get excited when they have to look at your naked body in one of those machines. Just thought you should know. Maybe when that cancer breaks out from the radiation doses you receive from these machines, well perhaps, it will put a damper on your decision to run for reelection in 2012.
