The "Silver Bullet" to Kill Obamacare: Printz vs. US

This video points out a Supreme Court ruling knowns as Printz vs. US with an opinion Justice Antonin Scalia. Scalia wrote in his opinion that "the federal government may not compel the States to enact or administer a federal regulatory program." He goes on to write, "we have held, however, that state legislatures are not subject to federal direction."

In other words based on how Obamacare is set up the federal government cannot force the states to administer any part of Obamacare based on this previous Supreme Court Decision.
