Take a Cell Phone Video of the Police and Face Legal Trouble and Prison Time

The cell phone camera may be one of the best tools to protect yourself from aggressive police officers who may not be playing by the rules. It appears more and more law enforcement officers don't like to be videotaped when they are sent out on a call. In fact, some people are being arrested simply for recording incidents with cops. In a time when the federal government has no problem illegally wiretapping your communications, they are pressing illegal wiretapping charges for simply pulling out a cell phone and producing evidence that could be used against a police officer in a court of law.

Listen, I respect police officers and the tough jobs they have, but far too often the badge goes to cops head--not all cops but some cops. The cell phone camera or any video camera can be an effective tool to protect the Constitutional rights of those involved. Isn't it funny how cops defend the use of cameras, cameras that often automatically claim your guilty without due process like red light cameras, when its on their end.
