Law Suit Filed Against Ozark High School and Athletic Director Three Days After Football Coach Resigns

When it comes to transparency at Ozark High School, there is none. Whether it be the school board and administrators' obvious decision to avoid dialog with parents over a United Nations educational initiative called the International Baccalaureate, whose lessons plans remove American exceptionalism from the lesson books in exchange for a globalist agenda and more influence from an international education governing body, or the sudden resignation of Ozark Tigers football coach Chris Allison with a law suit following, the school administrators continue to sweep issues under the rug and out of sight from parents.

On December 20, 2010, after two disappointing seasons from a town that believes its a Texas town when it comes to high school football, Coach Allison resigned from his coaching position with a good record of 77 and 33--not too shabby. Ozarks First notes the 3-6 season was convincing enough for Allison to step down, but is there something that isn't being told to the public?

Three days after the resignation of Coach Allison, a law suit was filed against Ozark High School and Ozark athletic director Mark Caballero. The law suit involves a minor, and the docket lists both parents names on the Case Net entry. A summons was served to Cabellero on January 4, 2011.

The cause of action appears to be from an alleged violation of civil rights:
