Just outside of Branson on Missouri 76 is the Bill and Ruth Henning Conservation Area. The area features multiple trails, and if you go at just the right time, after a large rain fall, there are multiple waterfalls to enjoy. Thanks to the snow that fell last week, there is still a trace of the falls for anyone who has hiked the 6 plus miles of trails.
The Falls can be found on Shane's Trail and the Homestead Trail not far from Shane's Trail Falls. Just turn left at the sign. I took videos today of the falls, while they are not large falls, I'd be sure to schedule a hike immediately after any significant rain so you can really enjoy the beauty of the area.
By the way, I found out today that former Congressional candidate Tim Davis volunteered with friends as a high school senior to help build these trails. So a shout out to Tim with thanks for his and others' efforts to make these falls accessible to the public on some trails that almost anyone can enjoy.
Overlooking the falls. Currently there is a large pool of water with a small steam to the falls. The falls drop about ten to twelve feet.
This is the second large falls that also had a water source similar to the first falls. These are the falls on the Homestead Trail.
