Congressman John Lewis Sadly Mistaken about Obamacare and Constitution

You are sadly mistaken Congressman John Lewis! Lewis tries to justify Obamacare making two big mistakes. First he claims the preamble of the Constitution is reason to keep Obamacare. Sorry Congressman, but you took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and you and your staff should know the preamble is nothing more than a mission statement. It doesn't create any federal power for the Government even with its general welfare clause, which Federalist Paper #41 defines--healthcare not included.

Secondly, look at the preamble. Do you see the pursuit of happiness in the preamble? No. It's part of the Declaration of Indpendence, not the Constitution. Ah jeez!

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence,[note 1] promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
