Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee Says Repealing Obamacare is "Unconstitutional"

I have already outlined today how the Obama administration is using words like freedom to describe Obamacare as the GOP House is preparing a repeal vote. I find Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's words even more disturbing. She says repealing Obamacare would be unconstitutional.



Really Congresswoman? Can you explain which enumerated power (Article One Section Eight, because I am going to assume you are one of those elected officials who would fail a Constitution test) gives you the power in the federal government to force me to purchase a product through the enforcement of an IRS agent's gun?

When you can answer which of the 18 powers of Congress gives you this authority with the justification of the Federalist Papers, only then can you make your claim Congresswoman. Of course, I don't expect you to do any research into this and expect you to keep making this silly claim.
