The TSA Settles for Exposing Woman's Breast at Airport

The TSA, which has been under fire since they decided to begin exposing genitalia through naked body scanners and groping airline passengers, has been successfully sued by a woman who claimed her breasts were exposed in public at a TSA checkpoint.

Lynsie Murley filed the suit against the TSA last year citing negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress in connection with the May 2008 incident. Murley says she was singled out and during the TSA frisk, the agent pulled Murley's blouse completely down exposing the woman's upper parts.

The TSA has agreed to pay her to keep her mouth shut. An undisclosed amount was settled in court over the TSA's actions.
