Seattle Man Phil Mocek Arrested for Not Showing his ID to the TSA

The Fourth Amendment reads: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Consider that after Phil Mocek, a Seattle resident, decided not to show his identification to the TSA.

Mocek received four criminal charges for simply not complying with the TSA's complaint. This case will have a huge impact on whether or not travel in the United States is a right of the people and because of that right, is it reasonable for Americans to travel without having to show their papers.

Or, will the American KGB continue to expand. (Russian accent) "Your papers please."
