Harry Reid Predicts Death of Tea Party Upon Improved Economy
Harry Reid still doesn't get the Tea Party. In a recent MSNBC interview, Reid says the Tea Party will die when the economy improves. The Tea Party has nothing to do with the economy. Or should I say, it's not about the economy stupid.
Rather the Tea Party is about a return to limited and responsible government. A good economy doesn't ensure our federal government is working within its Constitutional limits, and as long as freedom is threatened by Washington DC, there will be a Tea Party.
