Aaron B. Tobey Strips Down to Underwear and Socks as TSA Protests Continue: Denied First and Fourth Amendments

Aaron B. Tobey is the next infamous TSA protester to strip. At Richmond International Airport, Tobey was arrested after he stripped down to his underwear and socks as he entered the TSA checkpoints. You see, that's how the TSA is going to get you to comply. Mess with their intrusive plans to become the tyrannical American police state force, and you will simply go to jail. No more messing around, which is why Tobey was immediately arrested.

It appears in his arrest, Tobey's First Amendment right may have been violated. You see, Tobey just didn't strip, he engaged in political free speech assembling in his socks and underwear with a Constitutional message for the TSA and Big Sis Janet Napolitano.

According to a report filed by airport officials, the University of Cincinnati student was spotted "absent of pants and shirt in full public view, exposing language regarding the 4th Amendment written on his chest and abdomen with marker or crayon."

The Constitution's 4th Amendment centers on protections against unreasonable search and seizure.

Tobey was interviewed by airport police and federal authorities, issued a citation for disorderly conduct and then released. He is scheduled for arraignment on Jan. 10.

Disorderly conduct for standing up for the Constitution? It's really a sad day in America as the police state threatens our Constitutional rights.
