Yesterday, a federal judge ruled the federal government has no authority to force Americans into buying health insurance coverage. His ruling was solid. While the Constitution gives the federal government the power to regulate interstate commerce, it does not give the federal government power to regulate non-commerce. Of course, the arrogant Obama isn't worried and pointed out how other unconstitutional laws were eventually pushed upon the people of America, which we know has had disastrous results to the health of our country. Someone really should pay attention to what our Founding Fathers said, and that someone shouldn't be Justice Stephen Breyer.
A new ABC polls shows less and less Americans are supporting Obamcare these days. Obviously, considering the bill has never had majority support, Obama really isn't leading a country of the people, for the people, by the people. In the new poll, it has dropped five points in popularity.
The law’s never been popular, with support peaking at just 48 percent in November 2009. Today it’s slipped to 43 percent, numerically its lowest in ABC/Post polling. (It was about the same, 44 percent, a year ago.) Fifty-two percent are opposed, and that 9-point gap in favor of opposition is its largest on record since the latest debate over health care reform began in earnest in summer 2009.
More also continue to “strongly” oppose the law than to strongly support it, 37 percent to 22 percent.
Although, this Republican, Billy Long from Missouri's Seventh District, appears to like some of it.
