Yesterday's federal judge ruling against Obamacare labeling it unconstitutional is a small win for Constitutional conservatives. It also reminds of an earlier time when Democrats were pushing this unconstitutional bill through Congress. Remember, Nancy Pelosi was asked if the bill was Constitutional based on the idea of the federal government forcing Americans to buy health insurance. Do you remember her answer?

Madame Pelosi, I would like to state that Judge Henry Hudson is very serious. The federal government can't force me to purchase anything.
