TSA Asking for Credit Cards, Personal Documents and Making Copies at Airport Checkpoints

A man has captured a video of the TSA finishing off another Fourth Amendment right. As you hear the TSA agent confirm, the TSA is asking for credit cards and other personal documents and they are copying them. Now remember the Fourth Amendment says:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
