Boehner's Congress Leaves Out Part of Constitution During Reading

Unbelievable! There were parts of the Constitution Boehner's Congress chose not to read. Tea Party members should be outraged by some of the passages that were left out.

For instance, states' rights were to be the interest of the Senate. Therefore the Constitution reads the state legislatures should elect two Senators to represent the state. Of course this changed with the 17th Amendment, which was controversially passed, but the fact Boehner's Congress left it out should leave one to ask the question is this new Congress ready to restore states' rights.

Another section of the Constitution that Boehner's Congress left out, which makes you wonder if they are serious about fighting federal authority, is the original language before the 16th Amendment, which created the federal income tax.

"Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons."

Other parts that were left out were obvious mistakes of the Constitution, which are still left in the document as a reminder of the mistake despite their repeal. Prohibition and slavery were left out, even though the words are still in the document to reflect our past in hopes we don't repeat those mistakes.

Just thought you should know.
