A Win for the Repeal of Obamacare: Judge Henry E. Hudson Rules Against Individual Mandate

U.S. District Court Judge Henry E. Hudson, who sits in Richmond, Virginia, has ruled it is unconstitutional to force Americans to purchase health insurance. This is a huge win in the repeal of Obamacare. Of course the appeals are coming from the Obama administration, and they will trample all over the Constitution for the acquisition of more federal power.

As of now, twenty other states have filed legal challenges against Obamacare. It's very likely an Obama Supreme Court Justice may disgrace their oath to the Constitution to rule for Obama, so we must continue to fight and not let up even though we have staked a victory. Remember, we aren't going to be able to count on the Republicans to repeal this bill either. They have already shown you how quickly they are ready to compromise with Obama--Bush tax cuts for stimulus II. The freedom-loving people of America are going to have to stand up to the federal government and maintain the backbone in this fight.
