UPS Trucks Don't Make Left Hand Turns: Increases Profits and Lowers Costs

Here's an interesting study in capitalism. In order to increase their profits and reduce fuel and insurance costs, UPS invested in software that allowed their trucks to operate with the idea of never making a left turn. Listen to the savings that occurred as the number of miles they drive has been reduced simply for attempting to do the impossible and avoid left turns.
