Testicle Taser: Canadian Cop Threatens Family Jewels with a Taser

Taser abuse is something that concerns me as we hear more and more instances of people getting tased. Well check out this video from Canada in which one cop actually threatens to taser a handcuffed man's genitals. Let's hope Napolitano isn't watching.



This is in Canada, but if this was to happen in the United States, it would be a clear violation of the Fifth Amendment.
