Arizona's SB 1433 Would Restore Arizona's State's Rights: Senator Lori Klein Fights Big Government

A new bill in Arizona will restore full state's rights back to Arizona. SB 1433, introduced by Sen. Lori Klein, R-Anthem, would allow the members of the Arizona state house to nullify federal laws that are constitutionally invalid.

It sets up a committee of 12 lawmakers to review federal laws and regulations to determine which are “outside the scope of the powers delegated by the people to the federal in the United States Constitution.''

“We're not seceding. We're looking at nullifying laws coming from the federal government that are mandates that are not constitutional.''

Let's give Senator Klein a hand for fighting the good fight against big government. Thanks for your effort!

Of course, Arizona has every right to do this through the Tenth Amendment.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

As you know, Arizona has been battling with the federal government to control the dangerous illegal immigration problem that continues to hold many people in Arizona hostage due to the violence of border crossers trafficking drugs and other contraband.
