Are US Boarder Agents Using TSA Tactics for People Legally Entering the United States?

If you are an illegal alien, chances are someone is going to fight tooth and nail for your rights to be in the United States. Consider this story coming out of Detroit Free Press:

Loretta Van Beek of Stratford, Ontario, travels frequently to Georgia on vacation. However, the last time she legally entered the United States, boarder patrol agents treated her like they were the TSA--strip searching the woman. She is now suing the Customs and Border Protection agents in U.S. District Court in Detroit, claiming they stripped searched her and then groped her.

You know, where are all the liberals on this who stood up for war prisoners at GITMO while condemning US Soldiers for water boarding? I mean, let's look at the dichotomy not only of the illegal aliens crossing the boarder, but let's also state that if a soldier did this to GITMO detainee to humiliate them this would have made bigger news than just the Detroit Free Press.

The incident happened at the Ambassador Bridge, a bridge I have crossed many times to enter Canada and return to the United States. I guess it doesn't live up to its name anymore as Ambassador is no longer the case.

She said agents questioned her during a two-hour session, then ordered her to strip. She said one agent aggressively groped her breasts and genital area for an extended period of time while the other watched. Then they photographed and fingerprinted her and sent her back to Canada, the suit said.
