Fast food fights back, but you aren't going to see it on the airwaves. Considering the current thinking in the United States, the commercial may inspire someone to produce super-sized chickens in order to take Obama out. Think about how the Obama administration and liberals like those in San Francisco have launched the war against fast food, and then watch this commercial from Kentucky Fried Chicken.
The commercial was ran in China, and KFC claims there was no hidden message. You know why I am laughing, I am also offended. Even though I don't like Obama, he is our President and there is a respect for the office he holds. This could be any American President behind that podium be mocked in China by an American company. (I believe Pepsi owns KFC). While you have the revenge of fast food against the Obama administration angle, which I find funny, you also have the cold-war like rhetoric angle of the commercial--communism over capitalism.
Anyway, I have mixed emotions. If this was a hit at Obama for threatening the fast food industry it's quite clever. If it's a new cold-war rhetoric between China and the United States, I am offended.
